Prague Pastry Haul

This week has been insane! We have started classes, planned trips, explored the city, done lots and LOTS of reading (I've never met professors that are as adamant about giving reading homework as NYU's). So with all this going on, a few of us decided it was time to treat ourselves.

Before I came here, I was told a lot about the 'best' parts of Prague: the castle, the bridge, the cheap food and drinks. But never once did someone tell me about the Prague Pastry Obsession. I think I've seen (and eaten) more pastries since I landed on January 25th than I had my entire life before coming here. Every grocery store, drugstore, corner store, restaurant, the list goes on... they ALL have an extensive assortment of pastries. So despite our living off straight carbs and coffee the entire first week we moved here, we decided the never-ending supply of NYU-event pastries simply wasn't enough. We were on a mission: to find the BEST PASTRY OF PRAGUE by completing the first ever Prague Pastry Haul.
